Groundskeeper- Ozark Hills Winery

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper at our winery. This position involves maintaining the grounds across multiple locations and ensuring properties remain pristine. This role will also be responsible for the general cleaning of properties and various special projects.

Essential Job Duties

• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and maintaining landscaping features at multiple properties.
• Conduct general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, and dusting for multiple business locations.
• Remove debris and litter from parking lots and grounds to ensure properties are neat and tidy.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar role desired.
