Field Supervisor for Caregiver Services

Phoenix Home Care has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Field Supervisor in the St. Louis, MO area!

We are looking for someone with a big heart and strong skillset to assist our caregivers and clients in the field, and aid in any operations in the office with the department manager.

The ideal candidate will be available for full time hours Monday through Friday as well as occasional weekend hours as needed. Have the ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgement and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to function independently, organize, and prioritize while using good decision-making skills. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions. Must be willing to travel our service area and have reliable transportation. Must have experience caring for people with various needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all new case are open to company policy
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Serve as a preceptor in the field for all field staff
• Assist with in-office duties as needed
• Report/address any field activity that falls below expectations set by PHC
• Responsible for field visits
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients
• Other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Age: Must be minimum 18 years of age
• Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide(CNA) preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Vehicle and ability to transport yourself
• Up to date auto insurance
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
• Minimum of 1-2 years professional caregiving experience
