Field Service Engineer (Medical)

We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with a specialization in the medical field to join our team.

In this role, as a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment and systems at various customer sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure the proper functioning and performance of the equipment, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and calibrate medical equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components or parts
• Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience working as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the medical field
• Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
