Full Job Description
As a Toddler Teacher at MLNECC, you will collaborate with fellow educators, students, and families to foster a positive learning environment for toddlers.
Desired Candidate Must:
- Demonstrate prior experience working in teaching
- Exhibit motivation and teamwork skills.
- Possess knowledge of preschool-aged developmental milestones.
- Recognize the individuality and strengths of each child.
- Utilize a positive approach in managing disruptive behavior.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment in collaboration with your co-teacher.
- Communicate effectively and cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Display patience, flexibility, dedication, responsibility, and initiative.
- Adhere to punctuality and regular attendance requirements.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods on the floor and lift up to 50lbs.
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, though not required.
- Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Judaism is not necessary.
Requirements
Available for the 2024-2025 school year starting July and August 2024
