Rapsodo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to continue driving growth and innovation within its successful line of baseball and softball technology products. This role is a key contributor within the Diamond Sports team and requires a strong focus on identifying critical customer needs, translating those into product requirements and partnering cross-functionally to make those products a reality. The Associate Product Manager will be highly focused on the customer experience and will assist in the complete product life cycle to ensure ongoing customer engagement, satisfaction and attainment of business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to provide progress and status updates to stakeholders for feature development and additional initiatives.

- Utilize a deep understanding of customer needs to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for concepting and final product development by engineering teams.

- Work closely with the Product Manager to contribute to the development of product strategy documents, encompassing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

- Coordinate with Project Managers in Turkey and Singapore for feature development.

- Prioritize work, communicate business needs, and manage roadmaps effectively.

- Assist in product requirements documentation and provide subject matter expertise and support to key internal partners, including Marketing, Sales/Account Management, and Customer Care.

- Develop a profound understanding of key business metrics to offer data-driven insights about the impact of new products or features on customer engagement and lifetime value.

- Champion product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.

- 1-2 years of product experience with a strong product mindset.

- 1+ year of exposure to Agile methodologies, familiarity with Agile principles, and experience working within Sprint or Kanban.

- Previous experience with technology products and software as a service (SaaS) business models is preferred.

- Passion for the customer experience and satisfaction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Strong time-management skills and adherence to schedules.

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.

It would be great to have:

- Experience with customer outreach and survey creation.

- Customer-facing experience.
