Pay rate : $15-$17 hourly
This position will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Missouri field staff in-service training. This includes:
a. Troubleshooting all field staff problems when using the software
b. Tracking campaigns to ensure that all intended recipients are receiving the notifications, starting the in-service training and completing it within the appropriate time period allotted.
c. Documenting completion of in-service training within software.
d. Communicating with branch staff regarding out of compliance members of field staff.
e. Communicate with IT/software developers when problems with software arise. Keep CCO advised of any major issues or modifications that need to be addressed with the software.
2. Manages all outside medical record requests.
3. Administrator and point of contact for employee registration within the E-Verify, Intellicorp and FCSR screening systems.
4. Liaison between branches and Iron Mountain off site storage facility.
5. Monitors long term storage documentation for each branch location. This includes ensuring branches are logging information per agency policies.
6. Conducts quarterly audits on employee and client charts across the organization.
7. Obtains business licenses (as applicable per county) for new office locations of Advantage Home Care.
8. Completes Missouri Medicaid Change requests for each new office location or office change.
9. Obtains quarterly EDL additions list and determines if any employees are on the list.
10. Monitor weekly OIG email for findings.
11. Monitors COVID reporting email group.
12. Participates in hands on tasks at branch locations such as audits and medical record filing.
13. Participates in the implementation of compliance protocols and regulations as asked.
14. Offers administrative support where and when needed
15. Maintains records of compliance activities
16. Assist Chief Compliance Officer with data abstraction and submission for state reports as asked.
17. Acts as point of contact for compliance issues between employees and Administrators which includes management of the Compliance email group.
18. Assists Administration with the dissemination of compliance documentation and information as needed.
19. Other duties as assigned
