Controller

We are seeking an accomplished Controller to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in fostering financial excellence within our organization. As the Controller, you will assume responsibility for overseeing all accounting and financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring meticulous financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior financial role.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
