JOB DUTIES:

Hybrid Responsibilities include:

• Conducting community events at client locations
• Assistant to the Director: Duties Include
• Handling incoming calls and messages from potential clients, with a focus on establishing emotional connections and building relationships
• Identifying client needs and coordinating care by referring them to the appropriate service lines
• Effectively communicating detailed information to the relevant teams
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Director

Qualifications:

• A patient and empathetic approach to listening.
• Exhibits strong telephone etiquette and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, with a methodical approach and adeptness at multitasking and time management.
• Proficient in using computers and well-versed in Microsoft products.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and possesses a strong work ethic while working effectively within a team.
• Prior experience in office setting required.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
