The Clinical Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting clinical quality initiatives, managing data reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative support for clinician supervision and quality improvement processes. This position requires expertise in data management, quality reporting, and program coordination, with a focus on ensuring compliance with partner contractual requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
- Pull and prepare charts and reports for quality assurance and partner needs, including monthly quality and safety and antibiotic stewardship reports.
- Generate monthly reports, including clinician scorecards, chart review summaries, and lists of clinicians under review.
- Support additional partners by preparing monthly reports from quality and safety system and adverse reactions reports.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external monthly quality meetings.
Chart Reviews:
- Identify, pull, and categorize charts for routine, priority, and focused reviews based on a coaching rubric.
- Ensure the timely completion of clinician chart reviews and provide status updates to leadership.
Administrative Support:
- Update JIRA forms with information for newly onboarded clinicians and ensure all records are current.
- Assist with implementation calls and provide expertise on NP supervision and clinical quality matters.
System Implementation and Tool Development:
- Support the development and implementation of new data management tools to automate and streamline quality and supervision information.
- Build tools for organization-wide access to quality and supervision data as new software becomes available.
Partner Coordination:
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and partner teams to meet ongoing data needs and address ad-hoc partner requests.
- Provide expert support during implementation calls and ensure compliance with NP supervision requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical quality reporting and analysis, data management, or healthcare program management.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment with a focus on clinical quality, compliance, process or performance improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinicians, leadership teams, and external partners.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with clinical leadership, operations, and IT teams.
- Experience working directly with external partners and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage complex projects, including the development and implementation of new processes or systems.
- Knowledge of patient safety, adverse event reporting, and strategies to improve clinical outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with JIRA and Looker preferred.
