AI Trainer (Insight Implementation Specialist)

Position Summary 

Brado is building a unique Conversational Engagement platform to meaningfully connect with our client's customers. We are looking for an excellent writer with a strong curiosity about how large language models and AI based tools can drive a patient/user's experience to be our next "Insight Implementation Specialist".

The AI Writing Generalist (formally called our Insight Implementation Specialist) ensures our customer Insight is translated into our AI based platform. They'll be comfortable working with our Strategic Planning team to understand how we achieve insight into those journeys and then working with our Engineering and Data teams to translate that information into content for our own large language model. They'll have the opportunity to review the results of their writing against the user's data to make improvements to further refine the effectiveness of our library resources.

Ideally, the person in this role will live in the St. Louis metro area. While the day-to-day work will be done remotely, we have key team members for this work in St. Louis and we know some work is just more effective when gathering in person (sometimes around a white board). The person in this role will need to come to our St. Louis office several times a month to meet with the team.

Position Summary

The Insight Implementation Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for ensuring the infusion of insight into our Conversational Engagement Platform. They are responsible for working with Strategic Planners, product/development team, and data science team to ensure the effective translation of journey insight into tangible data assets and processes that are leveraged within an AI-powered platform in order to achieve client goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility  

• Lead the creation and refinement of library resources relevant to the patient/user’s journey (as informed by insight work)
• Develop and refine text prompts to optimize conversational AI performance
• Generate training data for custom large language models based on the patient/user’s journey (as informed by insight work)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompts, resource library, and LLM training data align with company goals and user needs
• Monitor, analyze and score conversation performance to identify areas for improvement
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience in natural language processing, machine learning, prompt engineering, and/or large language models

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
