Full Job Description
The Activations Agent will be responsible for communicating with customers in regards to their vacation package. This person will verify the customer's qualifications for their vacation package and upsell additional packages or tickets to enhance the customer's vacation experience.
Both day and night shifts available!
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist customers through both inbound and outbound calls with vacation package activations.
- Verify customers' qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upsell to include additional ticket packages to enhance their vacation experience.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of customer interactions and transactions.
- Track and report daily transaction data including total revenue and confirmed packages.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment with a focus on ticket or vacation sales desired.
