Full Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer at D2B Groups, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze production workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimization strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing manufacturing systems, identifying and resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Experience in process improvement and optimization
- Proficiency in manufacturing systems design and implementation
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
