Our client is looking for the right candidate to fill the Customer Service Coordinator/Trainer

The company has been on the road to expansion, opening three offices in Mississippi in the last five years. They are growing and will open five more sites within the next five years.

Customer Service Coordinator/Trainer Duties
-Use both a laptop and mobile app to maintain records and customer information
-Connect with customers by making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
-Connect with existing customers for service and review of current benefits
-Build relationships with clients through rapport and trust building
