Our client, a leading executive search firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a Vice President of Revenue to drive the company's revenue growth strategies. As the VP of Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships to expand the company's client base.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to executive management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Experience working in the Minneapolis market and knowledge of local industries and businesses is a plus.
