Full Job Description
As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. In this critical role, you will play a key role in integrating ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and third-party applications. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to create customized solutions that meet specific business needs. This is a contract position for 4 months, with possible extension.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow integration components, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Perform unit testing and support UAD to ensure high quality deliverables
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Create System Architecture diagrams, and designs
- Complete Integration Design Documents for client integrations
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4+ ServiceNow Deployments
- 2+ HR Service Delivery Deployments
- 4+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem (Partner or Direct ServiceNow)
- 7+ years of experience in technology
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.
Skills:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD preferred
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, JSON, and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
- Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Location and Travel:
This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Minneapolis or Denver.
