As a ServiceNow Developer you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. In this critical role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on enhancing our clients’ HR service delivery processes. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to create customized solutions that meet specific business needs. This is a contract position for 4 months, with possibility for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, with a focus on HRSD.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Address issues and incidents in the ServiceNow instance during deployments.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ ServiceNow Deployments
- 1+ HR Service Delivery Deployments
- 2+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem (Partner or Direct ServiceNow)
- 2+ years of experience in technology
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.
Skills:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD preferred
- Certified Application Developer/Certified System Administrator preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
- Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Location and Travel:
This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Minneapolis or Denver.
