Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, where you'll lead and oversee all aspects of product procurement, sales, and marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach staff members. Manage performance and resolve issues to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and vendors, responding to inquiries promptly and accurately. Conduct product presentations and tastings to attract and retain customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to enhance financial performance. Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and manage proprietary inventory efficiently.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute annual marketing programs. Participate in food shows, promotions, and new product launches. Lead strategic bid analysis for large potential and existing customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures. Contribute to the strategic direction and performance evaluation of the company.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish procedures to increase department efficiency and productivity. Oversee logistics to maximize control of inbound freight.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-10 years in the foodservice or food distribution industry, with supervisory experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
