We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to drive sales performance and strategy. You will be responsible for leading the sales analytics function, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our sales processes and outcomes. Your role will include building a data-driven culture within the sales team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall strategy. 

 

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities): 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales analytics strategies and methodologies. 
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive sales growth and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives. 
  • Design and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders. 
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools and techniques within the sales organization. 
  • Support the development and execution of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

  • Demonstrated impact on sales performance through data-driven insights and recommendations. 
  • High level of collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Consistent delivery of accurate and actionable sales reports and dashboards. 
  • Increased adoption of analytics tools and methodologies within the sales team. 
  • Achievement of sales growth and efficiency targets. 
  • Ability to navigate large data sets that are seldom pristine. 
  • Elevated critical thinking and problem solving. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing analytics team. 
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), with an elevated level skillset in Excel. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, including report and dashboard building. 
  • Salesforce and Clari admin and system implementation experience is a plus. 
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred but not required.
