We are seeking an experienced attorney passionate about making a difference for plaintiffs in employment law matters. Requirements

In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:

• Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in litigation, preferably in employment law.
• Experience leading a team of attorneys and staff.
• Experience managing a litigation case load.
• Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Work hours: Generally, Monday–Friday, 8:30-5:30.
