As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our strategists, UX teams, creative designers, technology developers, project managers, and quality analysts to ensure efficient and successful implementation of digital experience programs for our clients. This role is a critical liaison between the business and technology function, articulating the needs of the business while taking a systemic view to technology enablement, connecting the dots by understanding, articulating, and documenting the ‘why’ (business requirements) to the ‘what’ (functional requirement) and the ‘how’ (technical requirements). Agnostic of technology platform or business function, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in championing the goals of the business, evaluating, and identifying possible solutions, defining requirements that meet business needs, and collaborating to gain alignment with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for our clients.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze, identify, and define opportunities that align to business goals, driving connected experience solutions, while collaborating with the team on a strategic vision through deliverables, presentations, and client. communications. ​ 
  • Lead and own the development of business requirements that solve business goals, partnering closely with digital strategists, in addition to collaborating with cross-functional groups such as UX designers on functional requirements, technology leads on technical requirements, and the QA team on test plans and acceptance criteria as part of digital experience implementations. 
  • Partner closely with technology leads to illustrate and document cross-platform data flows within the client’s digital ecosystem, defining data interchange specifications/contracts required to communicate via Application Programming Interface (API)/Service platforms. 
  • Assess the current state of client business processes to document gaps and provide recommendations for the future state in line with proposed technology platform capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with internal project team leaders and key client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. 
  • Contribute to ongoing business improvement, continuously looking for opportunities to implement improvements to processes, activities, and deliverables. Mentor junior business analysts and team members and provide guidance in complex projects. 
  • Assist in the design and implementation of standards for requirements documentation and user stories leveraging Jira/Confluence toolset.

What you bring: 

  • 7+ years of experience working on enterprise digital initiatives, software development, or related IT projects as a Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.  
  • CMS experience (such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or others) required 
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.  
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with enterprise digital platforms such as CRM, ERP, PIM systems   
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with data interchange across the digital experience through engagement customer journey, enabled by API Management platforms.  
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with business process definition, and functional areas such as Commerce, Marketing Automation, Content Strategy, Personalization, Customer Service critical to the success of client initiatives.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Demonstrated experience working within Product teams, as a Product Owner is a plus. Relevant Product Ownership and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO are a double plus. (preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital design/development lifecycle; experience with Jira/Confluence toolset (preferred).  
  • UAT and testing experience (preferred).
