Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in the store, providing personalized service and expert advice on our range of mobile products and services
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the latest mobile devices and plans
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and account management
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to stay current with industry trends and new products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge
