Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Educational Background:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years in a laboratory setting, particularly in a high-throughput environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of lab management experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and elevate team performance while achieving process improvements.
• Technical and Compliance Expertise:
• Strong background in regulatory and compliance, including cGMP regulations.
• Proficiency in lab equipment and techniques, such as HPLC/GC testing and USP monographs.
