about the provider + creator development associate role:

the provider & creator development associate role in the marketplace team is for a highly motivated and experienced individual who would be at the forefront of our mission to attract, onboard, and nurture the best creators and providers in the content creation industry. 

a successful pro-services associate will take the lead on executing recruiting and engaging strategies for providers and creators, identify creator and provider gaps we need to fill, collaborate with stakeholders and set up appropriate processes that ensure soona can maintain and retain a healthy, growing, and talented creator and provider network. 

this is a full time position based out of Denver, Minneapolis, or Austin.

marketplace is a fast growing business that provides customers with in-studio professional services and connects customers to creators to get UGC - all done in the service to elevate and create engaging content. Professional services includes different services, such as models (hand, full body, pet models), stylists, grocery shopping services, and Trend (our UGC platform) includes UGC creators.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studios give customers a playground for creating their content and our online platform makes it possible for any product company in the world to experience a virtual shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

Requirements

an ideal candidate can:

  • identify & build strategy to recruit new providers & creators who are passionate about creating content and providing content services
  • develop innovative strategies to expand our network of creators, leveraging your knowledge and skills in recruitment
  • create and execute a comprehensive onboarding plan to quickly get creators active on the soona and Trend platform, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed
  • work with the pro services and Trend team to develop a strategy to maintain creator engagement and reactivate dormant providers & creators, ensuring they continue to thrive on our platform.
  • help foster a sense of community among our creators, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing, and highlight what sets soona apart from other places 
  • an entrepreneurial mindset that makes decisions quickly and based on data.
  • develop and maintain cross team feedback loops that ensure the quality of the providers and creators and that they have the skills and commitment to meet expectations

has experience in:

  • bachelor's degree (or relevant work experience) in marketing, communications, etc.
  • 2-4 years experience with recruiting and social media influencer marketing experience
  • experience in creator commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing industries
  • ideally has video recording experience + content creation experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stay updated on social media trends
  • data analysis, report creation, and focused problem resolution 
  • proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
  • self-motivated, team-player mentality and a creative creative problem-solver
  • some sort of sales background is preferred
  • hubspot background preferred
  • a passion for creator/influencer marketing and a deep understanding of the digital landscape
  • loves start up culture

Benefits
