The space150 Media Supervisor is an integral part of our agency and works closely with our clients and internal teams to create, execute, report and optimize on strategic media plans that drive demand for our clients’ offering.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media, with specific experience in CPG brands that sell through retail channels and eCommerce. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of cross-channel media strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Leadership
    • Shape strategic media process for our agency and clients
    • Train and mentor team members on planning, channel management, reporting and optimization best practices
    • Exhibit leadership through dedication to client deliverables, execution, and all space150 projects
    • Facilitate team problem solving through a positive attitude
    • Opportunity to directly manage rising media talent 
  • Client Partnership
    • Understand client’s businesses in order to inform media strategies that drive measurable results
    • Maintain high level client relationships for 2+ media clients
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on analyzing and improve media strategies on an ongoing basis
    • Support new business development through planning and pitching
  • Thought leadership
    • Regularly research to stay informed of new trends and best practices to proactively communicate what is next for our clients’ media investments
    • Contribute and lead external facing POVs
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving using media research and performance data

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in media or closely related discipline
  • Experience in CPG brands is required
  • Strong understanding of media strategy and measurement
  • Expert in one or more area of digital media including paid search, paid social, programmatic, partnerships, retail media, etc.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate team problem solving through a positive attitude and react positively to high pressure situations
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of internal employees and external contracts
  • Self-starter and results/goal oriented
  • Robust experience with media analytics  and actionable reporting
