The Lead Analytics Consultant works with cross-functional teams to develop consumer and brand insights providing the data-advised basis to drive enriched customer experiences, increased revenue, and overall brand loyalty.
What you'll do:
Client Engagement and Delivery
- Develop data-advised business insights using a variety of techniques including requirements gathering, use case definition, data profiling, data analysis, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and data storytelling.
- Lead configuration of analytics and dashboard platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics.
- Develop solutions using modern data analysis, modeling, enrichment, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Define logical data models and develop the required supporting data architecture (e.g., reporting aggregates, data layer).
- Document and analyze client requirements, providing design and solution options, and recommendations.
- Manage client expectations by identifying and communicating risks and tradeoffs in partnership with the project manager and other cross-functional team members.
Practice Development
- Articulate and socialize capabilities, offerings, and the value proposition of the digital analytics function.
- Contribute to thought leadership including development of intellectual capital as well as speaking roles at internal and external events.
- Participate in business development activities contributing to scope refinement, estimations, and proposal responses.
- Stay current on emerging trends and technical certifications while upskilling colleagues both formally and informally on the digital analytics landscape.
- Model leadership and provide data related subject matter expertise to teams across the organization.

- Ability to confidently lead and consult with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organizations, and easily translate technical concepts into language that business stakeholders can understand.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing analytics solutions with an emphasis on Google Analytics; knowledge in Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- At least 5 years configuring Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager with experience in visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
- Experience developing comprehensive measurement strategies and aligning analytics implementations to enable effective reporting on defined OKRs, KPIs and related metrics.
- Experience in developing business requirements and creating detailed functional specifications and other documentation, such as digital analytics metrics and KPIs, visual analytics stories, and use cases.
- Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment designing scalable solutions to meet client business needs.
- Experience in strategy-to-implementation programs related to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and digital analytics.
- Experience developing and implementing experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization), and implementing testing tactics.
- Experience developing or contributing to enterprise data strategy and/or data governance initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, or technical specialty.
