IT Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are seeking an IT Deployment Analyst to join our Hardware End User Computing team at Virteva in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of this team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customer’s IT hardware equipment gets configured correctly and shipped on time for an excellent user experience. You’ll work with technology such as laptops, desktops, workstation peripherals, the ServiceNow platform, multiple different customers in different verticals to experience technology workflows from multiple perspectives. Processes can range between the repetitive to non-repetitive configurations providing you with great experiences for your IT career. We want you to play an active role in shaping the quality and continuous improvement of our workflow.

This position will be 32 hours per week and is open to flexible working hours, Monday-Friday preferred, at our office in Minnetonka, MN.

• Fulfill IT Hardware requests for shipment, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other potential access requests
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction always by completing jobs on schedule and by displaying a positive and helpful attitude
• High level of attention to detail to ensure shipments are made accurately with all requested items
• Proactively engage with team members internally to communication and potentially solve problems
• Administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving of customer’s IT assets
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
• Update ServiceNow records in accordance with shipping and receiving status
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A strong level of organization and attention to detail
• Positive and growth mindset
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11
• Familiarity with Apple Computers
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
• Vocal about continuous improvement efforts within processes, tools, and customer environments

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to work in a standard office setting in Minnetonka, MN

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $18.00 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
