Our Ideal Candidate: 

• 1+ year experience in HVAC Service and Maintenance preferred 

• Is dependable self – starter 

• Mechanically inclined, understands diagnostic workflows 

• Provides exceptional customer service 

• Possesses leadership qualities  

• Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives 

• Commits to daily workflow to meet scheduled appointments 

Requirements: 

• Highly organized and motivated 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Works well with all teams and support personnel 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment background check 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year potential
