Growth Marketing Manager

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing both the digital and content marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and brand presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, product launches, and content strategies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own and improve the performance of digital marketing channels.
- Design, create, forecast, implement, measure, and report on digital campaign performance.
- Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies to reach 40% of qualified leads coming from inbound efforts.
- Develop and execute a content strategy including social media, blog posts, case studies and white papers that supports BetterYou.ai's brand voice, mission, and target audience.
- Oversee ad development, deployment, testing, and analysis for performance optimization.
- Co-create go-to-market plans for new and existing product launches and campaigns.
- Drive paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
- Lead ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality content across all channels (blog, social media, email, app, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality of content across all touchpoints.
- Measure and report on content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversion, etc.) and use insights to continuously improve content strategy and tactics.
- Manage contractor projects and deadlines.
Requirements
Key Competencies, Skills, or Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise messages for different audiences and channels.
- Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, social media trends, and content distribution channels.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate, clearly, effectively, and proactively across different stakeholders
- Creatively approach challenges with a growth-mindset and potential solutions
- Passion for mental health and wellness, with a willingness to learn and explore new topics and trends in the field.
Experience - Required:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing positions.
- B2B saas high-growth marketing experience.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that achieve results.
Experience - Preferred:
- Experience working in the health and wellness industry.
