Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with their needs during the flight.
• Serve food and beverages and accommodate any special dietary requests.
• Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cabin before, during, and after flights.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in your native language and proficient in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to undergo necessary training and pass background checks.
