Experienced Painter- New construction

You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively. Duties:

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately prep for painting new walls, doors, and trim
• Painting using a brush, roller, airless and pneumatic sprayers
• Ability to operate extension ladders and are comfortable with heights
• Quality control ensuring the job is done well and accurately
• Stay current on safety standards and procedures, communicate to the team, & ensure compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential/ commercial painting experience
• Experience with knockdown/popcorn ceiling textures
• Proficient in using tools such as roller and sprayers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed
• Comfortable with ladders & heights
