Equipment Maintenance - 1st Shift

Central Package & Display is looking for a candidate to join our Maintenance team.  Ideal candidate will have experience working on corrugated and rigid box equipment in the manufacturing industry.

Position Summary

·         Repair and maintain corrugated and folding carton equipment in our production plant.  This includes performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance, basic and complex repairs, and installation of new corrugated and rigid box equipment, as well as on plant systems.

·         Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns to include mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers, human machine interface, data links, electricity and electronics.

Requirements

• Essential functions include ability to work full time hours, with overtime when required.

• Excellent to advanced mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity and electronics knowledge.
• Working knowledge to excellent skill level in programmable logic controllers, human machine interface, and data links.
• Very strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities needed.
• Good attendance and work ethic required.
• 3 + years prior work experience in corrugated or folding carton machine maintenance.

• Pay rate up to $37.87 per hour, depending on skill level and prior work experience.
