RADIAS Health is hiring an EHR & Operations Support Specialist. The EHR & Operations Support Specialist contributes as a key member of the RADIAS Health Credible Team and Operations department to provide support for the current electronic health record system and day to day operations tasks. This position interacts with directors, managers, and staff of RADIAS Health along with employees at ReEntry House and Carlson Drake House. The EHR & Operations Support Specialist will also assist in creation of training tools, provide support to the RADIAS Health Training Institute, and participate in new hire orientation and training of the electronic health record system.
The schedule is Mon-Fri business hours. The position operates under a hybrid work model (some days will be in office and other days may be from home). Our main office is located in downtown St. Paul.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9 am - 5 pm

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and assist in maintaining the electronic health record (EHR) domains for RADIAS Health, ReEntry House and Carlson Drake House
- Participate as a key member of the RADIAS Health Credible Team
- Maintain and be responsible for tasks and projects assigned to Credible Team members
- Understand, document, and create training tools for EHR (Credible) features and workflows
- Configure, build and successfully implement Credible forms
- Conduct Credible training during new hire orientation on a rotational basis
- Manage the RADIAS Health Training Institute: provide administrative support for training set-up, communicate training details, and track employee attendance/completions
- Assist in auditing and identification of errors and/or inconsistencies in execution of the EHR
- Address and resolve Credible task tickets as assigned by the IT/Help Desk and RADIAS Health Credible Team
- Partner with the RADIAS Health Credible Team in identifying EHR system issues and contributing to the resolution of those issues
- Support the Assistant Director of Operations with tasks such as Stericycle management, COVID related vaccination clinics, PPE, N95 Fit testing, MIIC, etc.
- Assist the Assistant Director of Operations with project management and completion as needed.
- Review, analyze and provide recommendations regarding current and new features of the EHR to the Credible Team
- Provide training and support for Credible features/processes/workflows to staff as requested
- Have a working knowledge of the data extraction and reporting module, Business Intelligence in Credible
- Take part in webinars, trainings and master the Mental Health Information System (MHIS). Bring forward and assist in carrying out requirements and expectations from DHS regarding MHIS
- Understand and develop business workflows
- Maintain competencies in software and websites for the agency's current electronic health record, DHS/MNITS and electronic record retention (Global Search)
- Handle confidential and non-routine information in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years operational experience with electronic medical/health record system(s)
- Administrative support experience
Preferred
- Experience with development and implementation of training material
- Experience in health care or human services environment
