As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role to ensure customer satisfaction while tackling all types of residential drain and sewer issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and diagnosing issues with residential plumbing systems.
• Using advanced plumbing equipment like drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras to clear clogs and obstructions.
• Performing drain cleaning services and ensuring quality results to meet customer expectations.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain the necessary work and answer questions.
• Maintaining safety practices and ensuring a clean work environment.
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile, every time.
• Documenting work performed and maintaining accurate records.
• Working in collaboration with other technicians and staff to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of drain cleaning experience is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and at least 18 years of age.
• A strong customer service focus—you're not just fixing drains, you're building relationships!
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and think on your feet.
• Excellent communication skills to explain solutions to customers clearly.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated with the latest technology.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
