Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand data needs, developing data models, and ensuring data consistency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NodeJS, JavaScript, ReactJS, RDBMS, and Snowflake, with proven experience in creating and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and optimizing data workflows.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust data models to support business requirements and analytics.
• Implement validation and cleansing techniques to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Create and manage data ingestion pipelines and optimize data workflows.
• Implement ETL processes to transform raw data into actionable formats.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end data services.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Parse and manipulate JSON data across various programming languages.
• Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS and Snowflake.
• Strong experience in asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting (Batch/Shell/JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures and Medicare and Retirement lines of business.
• Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Python.
