The Content Marketing Specialist will provide writing and marketing solutions at a campaign and project level. If you’re an exceptional writer who can synthesize concepts into actionable marketing materials, then this job is for you! You’ll work closely with key partners across marketing and creative ,and will play a crucial role in driving brand voice, brand awareness, affinity, and conversion through the strategic use of content.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, write and proof high-quality written content that aligns with the brand. Will be responsible for writing website content, blog posts, ebook copy, ads, emails, social media, video scripts, and other marketing materials
- Identify and execute ways to repurpose existing content
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to establish campaign and story objectives that funnel into content planning
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice in all written materials
- Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to enhance content with visual elements
- Measure and optimize content on an ongoing basis
- Ensure all materials are consistent with brand and style standards
- Conduct research and interviews for writing assignments cross functionally in the organization
- Deliver monthly marketing planning calendar with comprehensive, actionable concepts and copy based on approved campaign and story objectives.

- You’re a team player. You believe the greatness of the work is the result of the sum of the team, and you proactively engage with team members to understand different perspectives and points of view to inform your work.
What you bring:
- Approximately 2-5 years of content marketing or copywriting experience
- Ability to organize large amounts of content and maintain organization of content
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, meet deadlines
- Must work well in a team environment, have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with many different teams and personalities
- Optional: Experience managing enterprise website CMS, ideally experience with Sitecore or similar .NET CMS.
