Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for clinical meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of clinical trial documentation and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and databases
  • Support the clinical team in managing patient communications and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Facilitate training and onboarding of new clinical staff and volunteers
  • Monitor and manage inventory of clinical supplies and equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
