As a Medical Assistant at our client's Urgent Care in Minneapolis, MN, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for managing customer flow, assisting providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your primary focus will be on collaborative tasks, effective communication, and delivering individualized care to customers of all age groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer flow throughout the clinic to ensure efficient operations
• Assist providers in the management and treatment of customers
• Perform clinical and clerical tasks to support the smooth flow of customers
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding customer progress and concerns
• Maintain proficiency in skills and seek opportunities for skill enhancement as necessary

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Day/Evening shifts, totaling 60 hours per pay period
• Every 3rd Weekend Shift required

Travel:

• Local travel using personal vehicle may be required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
• For candidates holding an MA diploma, a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is required
