Full Job Description

  • Assisting healthcare providers with exams and procedures
  • Taking patient vital signs and documenting medical history
  • Performing basic laboratory tests and collecting specimens
  • Preparing examination rooms and maintaining cleanliness
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Administering medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing medical records
  • Providing exceptional patient care and addressing patient concerns

Requirements

  • Active certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
  • Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
