Service Today is a HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical residential home service company. We help people with their heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs. Working as a Call Center Lead. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Customer Service Representatives that are making outbound phone inquiries, responding to inbound phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate possesses superior communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone. We will train you to become a customer service superstar, you just need to have that desire and determination to succeed!   • Customer Service Team Supervision
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Work well on a team
  • Meet personal and team goals
  • Manage large amounts of in bound and out bound calls in a timely manner
  • Training and coaching
  • Follow up Audits and coaching to make sure process are being followed
  • Scheduling to ensure full coverage
  • Manage overtime needs wisely
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Actively listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well on a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
