Bus Detailer

New Flyer is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bus Detailer to join our team. As a Bus Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of buses to maintain their appearance and cleanliness standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are presented in the best possible condition to our customers.

• Clean and detail the interior of buses, including seats, floors, windows, and fixtures.
• Wash and wax the exterior of buses using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.
• Remove graffiti, stickers, and other debris from bus surfaces.
• Inspect and report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as refuelling and checking fluid levels.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers when needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in vehicle detailing or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques used in vehicle detailing.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
