Are you ready to take the reins as our Apartment General Manager and make an impact in the heart of downtown Minneapolis? Bolero Flats, our stunning 259-unit high-rise, is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our community and drive its success with flair and expertise.
Your Role:
As our Apartment General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a thriving community, guiding our Community Manager and steering the property to new heights of excellence. Your mission? To ensure our high-rise shines with top-notch occupancy levels through your exceptional marketing and leasing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Leadership: You bring 3+ years of property management expertise, ideally at the Community or General Manager level, and have a proven track record of leading large teams with confidence.
- Sales Savvy: Your strong sales and leasing experience, combined with a keen eye for product oversight, sets you apart.
- Marketing Mastery: Your marketing skills are top-notch, driving innovative strategies to keep Bolero Flats the talk of the town.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or equivalent property management software is a must.
- Financial Acumen: You’ve successfully managed A/P and A/R processes with precision.
Bonus Points For:
- High-Rise Expertise: Experience in managing high-rise properties and a general knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Local Insight: A deep understanding of the downtown Minneapolis apartment market that helps you stay ahead of trends.
