Serenity Recovery Homes, a prominent real estate company, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support real estate team members by preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely follow-up on appointments and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, leases, and other real estate-related documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
