As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support real estate team members by preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely follow-up on appointments and meetings.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in preparing contracts, leases, and other real estate-related documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and tracking.
- Assist in coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
