Requirements
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Regional Support teamin Hopkins, MN! Every day you will assist with research, processing invoices, creating purchase orders, preparing and reconciling resident deposit accounts as well as other duties assigned by the supervisor.
To thrive in this role:
Have prior experience working with apartment bookkeeping, payables and balancing accounts
Ability to perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Have experience verifying and investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Experience generating reports detailing accounts payables status
Have an understanding of expense accounts and cost centers
Knowledge of compliance issues around accounts payable processes
Bonus Skills
Apartment management/accounting experience is a PLUS
Yardi experience preferred
