We are beginning this mission through the launch of our eProtein Discovery platform. eProtein Discovery is a breakthrough protein expression, characterization, and purification technology, consisting of a lab-based benchtop instrument, cloud-based software and proprietary cartridges and consumables. The goal is to enable rapid protein access to life science researchers around the world.
We are in search of an adept Technical Marketing and Collaborations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), collaborators, and partners to explore new applications and use-cases for our products and services. Additionally, the role involves defining our company's value proposition, crafting compelling messaging, and generating scientific content for marketing materials and sales tools. About the role
Strategic Engagement with KOLs, Collaborators, and Partners:
- Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant fields.
- Collaborate with KOLs to develop educational content, case studies, and testimonials.
- Explore collaboration and partnership opportunities with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners to foster innovation, uncover new applications, and generate scientific data using our technology.
- Manage external collaborations through collaborative agreement management, monthly meetings to keep updated on research progress and provide material support.
Define Value Proposition and Messaging:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine the company's value proposition.
- Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the benefits of our products and services.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing materials and sales tools.
Generate Scientific Content:
- Research and stay up to date on relevant scientific literature and industry trends.
- Create scientifically accurate and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, posters, whitepapers, application notes, poster, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content that showcases the unique features and capabilities of our products.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage scientific content and messaging.
- Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
- Gather feedback from sales and marketing teams to continuously optimize messaging and content.
Requirements
Essential:
- PhD in a Life Science discipline or BSc/MSc with commensurate experience.
- Protein expression and purification experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience in strategic engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in content marketing, scientific writing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts and ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Desirable:
- Protein science experience in pharma and biopharma a plus.
