Supply Planning Lead

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material availability, optimizing production processes, and driving supply chain excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply planning, resolve constraints, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and refine supply parameters to enhance material availability and optimize production efficiency.
🔹 Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve supply chain performance.
🔹 Partner with purchasing teams to address and resolve supply issues swiftly.
🔹 Drive supply chain objectives to achieve high performance metrics and business goals.
🔹 Support and evolve the S&OP process, contributing to its long-term strategic development.
🔹 Analyze SKU rationalization and assess production capacity requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
🔹 Provide insightful analytics on production constraints and bottlenecks, recommending actionable solutions.
🔹 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply planning, guiding and training teams on best practices and system utilization.
🔹 Strengthen collaboration between operations and sales teams to drive strategic decisions on packaging, order types, and future business direction.
🔹 Minimize excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring zero stockouts and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
🔹 Leverage supply chain tools and act as an SME for demand planning systems to maximize efficiency.
🔹 Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

✅ Experience: 5-7 years of expertise in supply chain management, planning, procurement, or a related field.

✅ Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.

✅ Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and supply planning processes.

✅ Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess production constraints, model solutions, and improve supply chain operations.

✅ Project Management: A track record of leading initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain agility.

✅ Process Improvement Mindset: Passion for optimizing systems and streamlining operations for maximum impact.

✅ S&OP Leadership: Prior experience supporting and leading Sales & Operations Planning efforts.
