Full Job Description

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material availability, optimizing production processes, and driving supply chain excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply planning, resolve constraints, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Develop and refine supply parameters to enhance material availability and optimize production efficiency.
๐Ÿ”น Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve supply chain performance.
๐Ÿ”น Partner with purchasing teams to address and resolve supply issues swiftly.
๐Ÿ”น Drive supply chain objectives to achieve high performance metrics and business goals.
๐Ÿ”น Support and evolve the S&OP process, contributing to its long-term strategic development.
๐Ÿ”น Analyze SKU rationalization and assess production capacity requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
๐Ÿ”น Provide insightful analytics on production constraints and bottlenecks, recommending actionable solutions.
๐Ÿ”น Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply planning, guiding and training teams on best practices and system utilization.
๐Ÿ”น Strengthen collaboration between operations and sales teams to drive strategic decisions on packaging, order types, and future business direction.
๐Ÿ”น Minimize excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring zero stockouts and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
๐Ÿ”น Leverage supply chain tools and act as an SME for demand planning systems to maximize efficiency.
๐Ÿ”น Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

โœ… Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

โœ… Experience: 5-7 years of expertise in supply chain management, planning, procurement, or a related field.

โœ… Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.

โœ… Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and supply planning processes.

โœ… Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess production constraints, model solutions, and improve supply chain operations.

โœ… Project Management: A track record of leading initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain agility.

โœ… Process Improvement Mindset: Passion for optimizing systems and streamlining operations for maximum impact.

โœ… S&OP Leadership: Prior experience supporting and leading Sales & Operations Planning efforts.
