Description

Boston Speech, a woman and therapist-owned company, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. You will work with a diverse population and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. This is a charter school-based position, and it will be elementary or middle school students. This position is Part -time & Full time, in-person, and flexible hours with one year Contract. This position has a competitive rate of $70-75 HR

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and impairment
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
• Caseload is between 50-55 students

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification
• Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
