Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
- Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) across all relevant platforms that reflects the brand identity.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience across social media channels to build relationships and community.
- Analyze social media metrics and campaigns using analytics tools to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role in the design or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

$98,000-$110,000 per year
