Join Boston Speech, a woman and speech therapist-owned organization, as a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist! We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide online therapy services to students in an elementary school. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective speech and language therapy through a virtual platform. This is an excellent opportunity for those who value flexibility and wish to make a meaningful difference from the comfort of their own home, with a competitive pay rate of $60 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs
• Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions through online platforms
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay updated on the latest teletherapy techniques and resources

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in virtual therapy settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and technology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule: Full time M-F - 8:15-2:15
