Overview of Role

QBS is seeking a full-time Training Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Success team based in North Attleboro, MA. This role will work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure our customer needs are met. The successful candidate will promptly learn about the company's customer service policies and acquire knowledge that is vital for timely materials shipment and delivery

Job Duties & Expectations

• Utilize logistics software and systems to complete shipments successfully
• Print and sort materials; packing boxes for shipment
• Process customer orders (pulls orders and sends them out)
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Manage shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
• Manage material stock and ordering
• Prepare classroom event space for daily classes
• Support Customer Success and other QBS teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Perform other job duties as assigned

• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems and tools
• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally facing 
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• Prior experience in CRM data is highly desirable
