- This is a hybrid role. Our location in the Boston Seaport is your base and you'll make occasional trips to our new Factory in Hudson, New Hampshire.

Requirements
YOUR OBJECTIVE
You elevate operational excellence for our wholesale business by ensuring the team has the tools, data, processes, and systems needed to meet and exceed objectives. As the “right-hand person” to the Vice President of Wholesale, you create efficiency and bring innovation to your work, making it easy for the team to surpass departmental expectations and achieve scalable growth.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- You develop streamlined reporting, optimize processes, and drive system integrations and implementations to enable operational excellence
- You align wholesale operations with broader company strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders across departments
- You deliver actionable insights that maximize revenue generation by creating and refining transparent, accessible sales reports in partnership with IT
- You ensure sales plans and forecasts are met by monitoring custom item inventory
- You proactively identify risks and implement solutions
- You administer all Wholesale sales systems and integrations, primarily SAP and NuOrder, to ensure process improvements, user compliance, and data integrity
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- You have delivered results through problem-solving, collaboration, and developing innovative, effective, and scalable solutions
- You have a history of designing efficient processes and systems that support business needs
- You bring knowledge gained from your experience with various systems, especially SAP, CRM, and B2B platforms
- You are willing and able to roll up your sleeves and execute cross-functional strategy with your team and colleagues
- You have expertly used the Microsoft Office suite of products as intended
